Our people are at the heart of our company. RECKLI employs around 125 people in total – most of them based at our Herne site.

Lutz Hammer
Managing Director
Lutz Hammer is one of RECKLI’s key contacts for marketing and sales – internally and externally – and the face of the brand across all channels. Always on the move and known for his good humour, he brings together all communication threads and relies on product knowledge he has built up since his student days at RECKLI. After training and working in sales and later in sales and marketing, he has been driving key projects since 2012 and, since April 2022, has been Managing Director alongside Andreas Delklock, responsible for sales, marketing and business development.
What motivates him most is the combination of people and product: working with a strong team, architects, partners and customers on projects that leave a visible mark.
It never stops exciting me to see the different shapes and textures. When every building and every façade tells its own story, architecture becomes more than function – it becomes art. Is there anything better than standing for a product that still fascinates you every single day, even after all these years?

Predrag Milic
Head of Formliner Production
After being laid off at Nokia, Predrag Milic found a new start at RECKLI – and more career opportunities than before. He joined the production team in April 2011, manufacturing, cutting and shipping formliners. Large-scale and custom projects still fascinate him today.
The finished façade is still always a surprise to us.
In 2013, Predrag became deputy production manager, followed by his promotion to production manager in 2016 – a career path he would not have had at his former employer. Today he organises and oversees production processes, quality and delivery reliability, and is the central contact for his team. What matters most to him is the cooperative way of working: flat hierarchies, openness to trying new shift models and the daily exchange with his colleagues.

Medina Kasi
Sales Manager and Trainer for Commercial Apprentices
Medina started her apprenticeship as an industrial clerk at RECKLI in 2019 – and has stayed with the company ever since. After completing her training in 2022, she moved straight into the Inside Sales team, where she now works as a Sales Manager, supporting customers, coordinating projects and keeping an eye on the details that make orders run smoothly.
Since 2024, Medina has also been a certified trainer for commercial apprentices at RECKLI. She represents the company at apprenticeship fairs, is always on the lookout for new talent and is passionate about showing what a commercial career at RECKLI can look like in practice. Standing up for “her” apprentices, creating a good atmosphere in the team and learning from each other are particularly important to her.
I want our apprentices to feel that they matter, that their ideas are heard and that they can grow a little more every day.
Alongside her job, Medina is studying business administration part-time. She already puts the theoretical knowledge she gains into practice in her day-to-day work, which helps her take a holistic view of processes and approach her tasks even more purposefully. For her, that mix of responsibility, development and teamwork is exactly what makes working at RECKLI so appealing.

Mark Humbert
Work Planning
Mark Humbert has never regretted choosing his training at RECKLI. He started as a Technical Model Builder specialising in casting, quickly developing a keen eye for detail and a passion for precise, handcrafted models. Today, he works in Work Planning, where he creates 3D CAD drawings for model building and coordinates which projects are produced when and where – combining technical understanding with planning skills.
Mark joined RECKLI straight after school and felt taken seriously from day one:

Early responsibility, flat hierarchies and trust – from representing RECKLI at trainee fairs to training subcontractors – have shaped his path and still define what he values about working at RECKLI.

Tanja Kronenberger
HR Administration/ Accountancy
After returning to RECKLI in 2015, certified accountant and numbers enthusiast Tanja Kronenberger initially took care of the accounting for a subsidiary. When the company was sold and her area of responsibility disappeared, RECKLI made it clear they wanted to keep her on board and worked with her to find a new role.
Since 2018, Tanja has combined accounting and HR tasks – from reporting and cash accounting to personnel-related topics and international VAT returns. The personal contact with colleagues is one of her favourite parts of her daily work in HR. She values the opportunities for personal and professional development and the fact that RECKLI allows her to combine work and family life without any problems – a solution that works for both her and RECKLI.

Christian Czernio
Application Engineer
After his employer went insolvent in 2014, long-time plasterer found a new professional home at RECKLI – on familiar ground, but with fresh perspectives. Having worked with RECKLI products for many years on the construction site, he joined the company in 2015 as an application engineer in Herne.
Today, Christian supports customers in Germany and abroad, looks after trade fair booths, runs workshops for partners and clients, and develops and tests new products in the technical centre. His role combines hands-on craftsmanship with advising customers and solving application challenges – sometimes on the phone, sometimes directly on site. What he values most is the mix of creative possibilities, international exchange and the way people interact:
