Quality From the Start
Development, testing and production go hand in hand at RECKLI. In our in-house technical centre, we refine formulations and validate performance under realistic conditions. The polyurethane at the core of our formliners is produced and tested directly on site, ensuring consistent material quality, reliable application and high surface quality. Before dispatch, we carry out a final quality check on every product.
Craftsmanship With an Eye for Detail
In our carpentry and formliner production, precision is built by hand. From CNC-based machining to careful manual finishing, many steps depend on expertise, craftsmanship and a genuine love of detail. We still cast our formliners by hand. And when a design calls for it, the groundwork is equally hands-on. Paanu, for example, was built from shingles placed individually. Other patterns are captured straight from nature by casting from rock. This approach allows us to refine edges, transitions and textures with particular care.
A Coordinated Product Range
Our products are designed to work together as a complete system. From formliners and adhesives to release agents, sealers, protective coatings and cleansers, every component is matched for compatibility and performance. This reduces interfaces, simplifies application and helps ensure consistent surface quality, whether on site or in precast production.
Training and Guided Tours
We share our know-how through hands-on training for precast plants, focusing on correct application, best practices and reliable results with our systems. For architects, we also offer guided tours that give a behind-the-scenes look at our manufacturing: how ideas become surfaces, and what makes our solutions perform in practice.
