Working Environment

Close to people, down-to-earth and easy to reach: our site in Herne, right in the heart of the Ruhr area, offers excellent transport connections – whether by car, bus or train.

We are proud to offer our employees a modern, ergonomic workplace equipped with the latest technology. With a 37.5-hour working week, we make it easier to balance work and personal life. We also support this with a single-shift system in our production facilities and flexible working hours in administration. In addition, where the role allows, employees have the option to work from home up to two days per week.

Compensation

We know that fair pay plays a key role in job satisfaction. That’s why we pay in accordance with the IGBCE collective agreement. In addition to fair pay, it includes attractive bonus payments, an excellent company pension scheme, and other valuable benefits.

Because everyone needs a break now and then to recharge and make room for new ideas, our employees can take up to 35 days of annual leave per year.
