Who We Are

RECKLI is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of elastic formliners for architectural concrete and specialised chemical products for mould-making, façade design and the construction industry. We support architects, construction companies, precast plants, model makers and artists around the globe. Our portfolio ranges from polyurethanes, silicones and epoxy resins to release agents, surface treatments, impregnation systems, cleaning products, fillers and complementary materials developed in our in-house technical centre with high standards for quality, safe and easy application and resource-conscious formulations.

Our formliners and chemical solutions help concrete to become more than just grey – they turn surfaces into distinctive façades, precise details and recognisable identities.

Leadership

We see leadership not as a title, but as a responsibility: to create the conditions that allow teams to do their best work. This includes clear goals, open communication and a genuine willingness to listen. We value a culture where questions are welcome and where people can try new approaches without being slowed down by unnecessary hierarchy. We actively support the development of every leader and provide comprehensive leadership training.

At RECKLI, this responsibility is shared by Andreas Delklock and Lutz Hammer, who have taken on the role of managing directors, together with Sven Kosjak as authorised signatory. Together, they form the management team that sets the strategic course and creates the framework for our day-to-day collaboration.
