Epoxy resins by RECKLI serve in construction as a bonding bridge, binding agent or as a seal. Their second area of application lies in the production of casts. Depending on the type, they are easily workable mechanically and are available in the colors cream-white and gray.
CONSTRUCTION RESIN EP
A modified epoxy resin. Depending on the resin content, a mortar mixture, flow coating or spatula material with excellent adhesion is made. A particular area of application is the production of decorative quartzite floors.
ELECTRO RESIN EP
A modified epoxy resin. This product has a long pot life with a low-stress hardening and is applied in casting large-volume or heat-sensitive building elements.
A modified epoxy resin. Thanks to its heat deflection temperature, short pot life and low viscosity, it is suited as a binder for the production of GFK laminates in casting, spraying and hand lay-up processes.
A modified epoxy resing with significantly improved light- and yellowing- resistance. The product serves as a binding agent in the production of light stone carpets and quartzite floors with more coarse granulation.
EPOXY LB CLEAR
A modified epoxy resin which is analog to EPOXY LB, which is however applied as a binding agent in the production of light stone carpets and quartzite floors with finer granulation.
A modified epoxy resin, very heat resistant and stress-proof. It is used as a binding agent in the production of polymer concrete. The low viscosity ensures a high degree of filling and excellent processability of the polymer concrete.
A modified epoxy resing which is used in mold- and form-making. Depending on the added agent, it can be blended for stable backfilling or as a hard, quickly-drying casting compound.
FLOORING RESIN EP-THIX
A modified epoxy resin, used as a binding agent for synthetic resin screeds, especially decorative quartzite floors in the interior. The light thixotropic setup prevents an effusion of the binding agent.
INJECTION RESIN EP
A modified epoxy resin with a long pot life to fill fissures in the concrete building parts. Even the most fine cracks can be safely filled in the casting process or with a high- or low-pressure injection pump.
SCREED FLOORING RESIN EP
A modified epoxy resin for use as a binding agent for synthetic resin screeds and synthetic resin scratch coating. The low viscosity guarantees an easy processing and high installation performance. The product can also be used as a primer resing.
A solution agent-free flow coating on an epoxy resing base. The product guarantees a resistant, easy-to-care floor coating and is applied in private as well as commercial and industrial areas
A pigmented, thixotropic epoxy resin coating. In building construction, it is applied as a wall and base coating, and in underground construction it is used as a coating for pipes, shafts and water collection basins.
ADHESIVE PASTE EP
A modified epoxy resin with lower specific weight. It is applied in the construction industry, the wood-processing industry and mechanical engineering. A special area of application is the production of composite sheets out of GFK cover layers.
A base- and adhesive spatula mass on an epoxy resin base. It levels out holes, depressions and blemishes and is suited for application on cement-bound bases, wood, ceramic, steel and polystyrene.
This modified epoxy resin serves as a surface resin for instructional, laminating and negative forms. The ceramics industry used it as surface resin for work molds. The product is brushable, reproduces crisp details, impact resistant and wear-proof.
EPOXY OH BLUE
A modified epoxy resin. Propertied and application areas are analog to EPOXY OH. The coloration is blue instead of white.
EPOXY OH SCRATCH-PROOF
A modified and spreadable epoxy resin. The application occurs analog to EPOXY OH. The product is very chemical-, scratch- and abrasion-resistant and is suited for the use of styrol- and methyl-methacrylate-containing casting materials.
EPOXY OH/D 50
A modified and spreadable epoxy resin with exact reproduction of crisp details and a high impact-resistance. It serves as a surface resins for instructional, laminating and negative forms as well as working molds in the ceramics industry.
A two-component spatula material on a epoxy resign base. The product hardens virtually free of shrinkage and is used for touching up wooden, steel, and concrete bases, which are subsequently coated.
A glass-fiber reinforced, synthetic spatula mass on an epoxy resin base. The impact-, pressure-, and bend-resistant spatula mass is applied as a protective casing for moldings. It can be applied to moist bases and hardens nearly free of shrinkage.
RAPID-EPOXY TYPE LS
A repair-adhesive mortar on an epoxy resin base. It fills irregularities and blemishes on cement-bound bases or steel surfaces and is suited for adhesions in the floor- or wall-area.
SUPPORTING MASS EP-F TYPE VB
A modified epoxy resin with the same properties and areas of application as Support Material EP-F Type L, yet with a lower specific weight.
EPOXY FINE CONCRETE
A resin-bound repair and levelling mortar. Epoxy Fine Concrete is suited for cement-bound bases. The repair mortar mends irregularities, break-outs and anchor holes.
EPOXY FINE CONCRETE TYPE 3
A resin-bound repair and levelling mortar with the same properties as the Epoxy Fine Concrete and high early solidity. The product simplifies the filling of high, vertical hollows.
A resin-bound repair and adhesion mortar. It is applied on cement-bound bases and steel surfaces in filling break-out spots or holes and serves the adhesion of building parts.
