A change in management is underway at RECKLI GmbH, Germany’s leading manufacturer of formwork formliner for architectural concrete. Since 1 April 2022, Andreas Delklock and Lutz Hammer have taken on the role of managing directors.

Change of Leadership at RECKLI
Many Years of Know-How
Together with Sven Kosjak as authorized signatory, they now form the new executive management of RECKLI. They succeed the previous managing director Dr. Bernd Trompeter, who left the company in October 2021.
Andreas Delklock, Lutz Hammer and Sven Kosjak are no strangers at RECKLI. Having been with the company for a total of more than 60 years, they have been loyal to the company for a long time. The distribution of management responsibility over three shoulders should further strengthen the company’s innovative strength and expertise profile and create space for creative growth and sustainability. Their many years of know-how should keep RECKLI on the road to success in the future.
Especially against the background of RECKLI’s global growth in recent years, it is all the more important that we spread responsibility across broader shoulders so we can continue to provide our core markets with the best possible support while at the same time creating resources for new markets and continuous growth.
Andreas Delklock is responsible for management decisions in the areas of administration, HR and finance and has been with the company for 25 years.
Lutz Hammer is also a well-known face at RECKLI. He has been part of the RECKLI family for more than 15 years and brings a strong sales and marketing background with him. Most recently, the native of Herne was responsible for the areas of marketing, sales and business development. He will also focus more on strategic development and innovation management at RECKLI in future.
I’m really looking forward to the well-established team and the new challenges that lie ahead. The past few months have shown us how important it is to work as equals in order to promote innovative and sustainable ideas. We’re convinced that we have taken the right path with our new strategic orientation and look forward to implementing it with all our customers and partners.
The trio is rounded off with Sven Kosjak. The 46-year-old is responsible for project management and production and has been with the company for 19 years. In his opinion, in addition to innovative strength, the employees and a good corporate culture are particularly important for the future success of RECKLI.
If you want to be successful in the long term, you have to keep up with the times and focus on the customer - we want to focus even more on that in future.
Changes at International Level
There have also been personnel changes at international level. Frédéric Bouchenoire takes over the position of managing director of the RECKLI subsidiary in France. He has been successfully leading the French subsidiary for a long time - now in the role of managing director. Javed Raja, managing director of the RECKLI subsidiary in the United Arab Emirates, and Brian Drummond, managing director of US Formliner, USA, look forward to the future cooperation and wish the new management team great success.
