A Contemporary Hub for Social Services
The Maison départementale des solidarités (MDS) du Haut-Anjou in Grez-Neuville serves as a central hub for social and medico-social services. A wide range of services are brought together under one roof, from family and youth support to programs for social integration.
Designed by Nomade architectes, the building is located in the ZAC de la Grée development area and reflects a contemporary, community-oriented approach to architecture. Clear building volumes and a precise façade composition define its appearance, creating an open and accessible place for a diverse range of users.

Textured concrete façade with Columbia
A key design element is the textured exposed concrete façade, realised using the RECKLI formliner Columbia. The varying widths and depths of the structure create a differentiated surface effect and give the façade a calm yet dynamic appearance.
The precise execution ensures a consistent and high-quality reproduction of the fine surface texture in the concrete. In addition to its aesthetic qualities, the solution stands out for its durability and cost efficiency.
