Opened in 2025, the TRIBE Budapest Airport Hotel is more than just a hotel, it’s an architectural statement right at Budapest Liszt Ferenc International Airport. Situated directly next to the ibis Styles Budapest Airport Hotel, it offers 167 rooms, providing a modern accommodation solution that appeals equally to business and leisure travelers. With direct access to the terminal, a rooftop skybar, and a sustainable design certified to BREEAM standards, this twin building to the ibis Styles sets a new benchmark for airport hotels.

The façade stands out with its precisely crafted exposed concrete surface, created using the RECKLI 2/98 Moldau formliner. Stretching over 600 square meters, parallel grooves of varying widths and depths flow continuously across the surface. Despite the pronounced texture, the concrete remains smooth and refined, giving the façade an elegant, high-quality finish. This structured concrete pattern complements the building’s flowing, organic form and creates a distinctive architectural accent. The precast concrete elements were manufactured and installed by FDB – United Forms.

The design team behind the hotel includes Aspectus Architect and developer WING Zrt, who aim to redefine airport hotel architecture by blending aesthetics with functionality. Additional features such as a skybar with panoramic views and a spacious restaurant reflect the modern spatial concept and complete the overall guest experience.
