Contemporary faƧade design for a historic wine region
Located in the renowned Tokaj wine region, the new bottling plant of Tokaj Trading House represents a modern production facility that combines functionality with architectural quality. The building integrates sensitively into its cultural landscape while expressing a contemporary architectural language.

Structure as a design element
structured concrete surface
The faƧade design is consistently applied across all parts of the building. The precise prefabrication by SW Umwelttechnik ensured a high level of quality and an efficient construction process.
The faƧade plays a key role in shaping the buildingās identity. Large-format precast concrete elements structure the exterior and give the volume a calm yet distinctive appearance. The use of RECKLI formliner 1/45 b Sicilia creates a finely textured, stone-like surface that adds depth and vibrancy, changing with the light throughout the day.
The architectural office PLANT Atelier Kis PƩter translated the requirements of a highly functional industrial building into a clear architectural statement. The textured concrete faƧade combines materiality, durability and design quality, creating a visual link between modern production and the centuries-old winemaking tradition of the region.
