5. RECKLI Newsletter 

During your visit to, we offer you several opportunities to register for our free newsletter. In order to receive this newsletter, you need to enter your email address into the registration form. Your order is only valid once you open your confirmation email and click on the confirmation link.

During registration and confirmation, your IP address and the time you confirmed will be saved in order to confirm your registration if needed. You can unsubscribe by clicking on the 'Unsubscribe' link provided in every newsletter. Your data will then be removed from the mailing list.


6. Contact Form / Ordering Informative Materials

If you contact us using our contact form or use our form to order informative materials, the data you entered into the form, including your contact information, will be used to process your request and saved for possible follow-up questions. Your data will not be forwarded without your permission.


7. 'BLOG' Comment Feature

If users leave comments on the blog, these will be saved along with information about the time they were submitted and the user name selected by the website user. This is for our safety, as we can be held responsible for unlawful content on our website even if this is created by users.

Users can subscribe to additional comments. Users will receive a confirmation email to check that they are the owner of the email address that was entered. Users can unsubscribe from ongoing comments at any time. The confirmation email will include all relevant information.


8. Use of Cookies

When you visit individual pages, we use 'cookies'. A cookie is a text file that is sent and saved to a user's hard drive when visiting a website. 10. Social Media

Of course, we want to give you the chance to easily share and comment on our products on social media. As official social media share buttons tend to fall short when it comes to data protection, we've come up with another solution.

Instead of social plug-ins, where we would have no influence over the scope of data collected by providers about you, we use social share links instead.So, if you would like to connect to the provider from our website, simply click on the symbol and the link will automatically take you to the network you selected.Information will only be collected and transferred to the provider via cookies at this point.

We ourselves do not collect any personal data using social plug-ins.We do not have any influence on the scope of data collected by the provider, nor how this is used. It must be presumed that a direct link is created to the provider's services, and that at least your IP address and device information is collected and used.
