New US Formliner Production Facility Opens in Georgia

The new facility marks a significant step in the company’s development. Built on a site of approximately 34,400 m², the project includes two new buildings with a total floor area of 3,584 m². Building A combines office space and polyurethane production, while Building B houses plastics processing and carpentry operations. The optimized layout and improved organization of production processes have significantly increased overall capacity compared to the previous facility.

In addition to the expanded space, targeted investments were made in modern equipment. These include an overhead crane, plastic processing systems, and additional space for future CNC machines. The new setup provides the foundation for efficient, flexible, and reliable production, supporting the growing demands of the North American market.

The official opening of the new site was celebrated together with numerous guests. In addition to local representatives, attendees included project partners from engineering, architecture, and construction, as well as employees who played a key role in establishing the new facility.

As part of the event, guided plant tours offered direct insight into the new production processes. The program was complemented by a speech outlining the company’s development and future direction.

An expansion is also currently being prepared at RECKLI Middle East in Dubai to further strengthen production capabilities in that region.
