Always on the move: Lutz Hammer is the most important contact person at RECKLI, both internally and externally, for marketing and sales issues. He is the face of the brand and cultivates the company's image on all channels.

Lecture, project discussion, trade fair, meeting, telephone call, e-mail - actually, Lutz Hammer is always in a hurry. Nevertheless, he always has a funny anecdote on his lips. Without this cheerfulness, his job would probably be even more challenging, because he is where all the communication threads come together. 

The fact that Lutz has a spontaneous answer to almost every enquiry is thanks to his early days at RECKLI: As a student from 2002 to 2006, he produced the advertising brochures on the in-house printing and binding machine. While the machine spat out the copies, Lutz used the waiting time to study the technical leaflets. For years he has known the names of all the structures and the mixing ratio for elastomers and modelling resins off the top of his head. In 2007 he decided to train as an industrial clerk at RECKLI. Lutz then worked as a clerk in sales before switching to sales and marketing. 

He has been juggling the numerous tasks since 2012, and the list seems to be constantly growing. When Lutz finds an idea exciting, he doesn't like to fritter it away. "We are always very euphoric and push many projects at the same time," he says. From 2012 to March 2022, he was head of marketing and sales and pushed many projects, such as the multiple award-winning architecture house magazine FORMLINER. 

Since April 2022, together with Andreas Delklock, he has been Managing Director of RECKLI and is responsible, among other things, for the areas of sales, marketing and business development.  "I am very much looking forward to the well-coordinated team and the new challenges that lie ahead of us. The past months have shown us how important it is to work together as partners at eye level in order to drive forward innovative and sustainable ideas. We are convinced that we have taken the right path with our new strategic orientation and look forward to implementing it with all our customers and partners," says the 40-year-old.
